Trailer was having brake issues and spoke with Jacob to set up an appointment to get looked at. Dropped trailer off first thing in the morning and had it back before the end of the day. Jacob, Colby and Samantha were very helpful in explaining what all was found and needed, also very upfront with charges as well. Jacob and Colby did a walk through with me to discuss some other things I wanted done as well and Colby (Tech) knocked it out the park. (New brakes/drums, troubleshot wiring and cut out some pockets for 2” straps for extra securement) Highly recommend giving them a chance for any trailer repairs and needs.
