Ryan Sowell is the Continuous Improvement Director at Integrity Fleet Services and loves helping people fix their fleet, building preventative maintenance programs, and keeping the roads safe. He has spent the majority of his career in the service industry, gaining experiences in areas such as D.O.T. Compliance, FMSCA laws and guidelines, and various equipment knowledge. While monitoring and implementing continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company is his primary job function by day, Ryan also enjoys getting his hands dirty, turning wrenches, and building things.
