Ryan Sowell leads continuous improvement at Integrity Fleet Services, focusing on building better systems, stronger preventative maintenance programs, and helping customers keep their fleets running safely and efficiently.
Having started his career as a technician, Ryan brings hands-on experience and real-world knowledge into everything he does. With a background in D.O.T. compliance, FMCSA regulations, and equipment operations, he understands both the work in the field and what it takes to keep operations running smoothly.
He’s also focused on making sure the team is supported—finding ways to improve their day-to-day work, create better systems, and build an environment where people actually enjoy what they do.
He’s not just behind the scenes—he still enjoys getting his hands dirty, turning wrenches, and building solutions that actually work.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys building things, working with his hands, and usually trying to figure out how another animal ended up in the house… again.
